SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be processed, packaged and sent out as quickly as we are able, however due to the Handmade nature of some of our items, please expect your order to arrive in 5 days (excluding Sunday). 

All orders are posted Royal Mail 2nd Class, unless otherwise selected at checkout.

 

Standard Delivery

Items will be posted Royal Mail 2nd Class and can take up to 5 days (excluding Sunday) to arrive. If you need your items sooner than this, please select Special Delivery at the Checkout.

Special Delivery

Orders will be sent out the next working day using Royal Mail Special Delivery and will arrive within 2 days (excluding Sunday). Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday morning and you will receive it on Tuesday. 

This postage option ensures your order takes priority over others and you will need to be available to sign for the parcel.

Worldwide Shipping

We are a UK based business but are more than happy to ship products overseas. Packages will be posted Royal Mail International Standard and can take anywhere from 10-30 Days to arrive. If you would like your items sooner, please email us at noahsarknecklaces@outlook.com to discuss the postage options.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

First of all, thank you for shopping at Noah’s Ark Necklaces! Returns happen and it’s ok – we’re here to help.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it arrived in, in tits original packaging.

Faulty Items

If for some reason you receive the wrong item(s) or your order is damaged or faulty, please email us at noahsarknecklaces@outlook.com immediately. Attach a picture of the item and a description of the fault so we can arrange either an exchange or a refund with shipping costs covered.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed under various circumstances. If you wish to exchange your item(s), send us an email to discuss within 14 days of receipt: noahsarknecklaces@outlook.com

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the authorisation of return
